Know what stays confidential and what does not.
The website and the protocol handle data differently. Provable reviews the information you submit when requesting access. Onchain market data is public, your wallet stays encrypted to your keys, and swaps and LP positions create compliance records.
Version 2026-07-12
Data this site handles
Access
Applicant type, full name, organization name when applicable, email, intended uses, markets or assets of interest, use-case context, country of residence or establishment, operating countries and applicable administrative areas, accuracy confirmation, legal assent, accepted document versions, submission timestamp, and connection details.
Site metrics
Vercel helps us monitor the site. Where practical, we anonymize usage metrics collected through Mixpanel to help us improve the experience.
Error monitoring
Sentry processes error reports and related technical diagnostic data to help identify failures and maintain site reliability.
Wallet data
This website does not ask for a private key or seed phrase.
Bot protection
The access application uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to verify that submissions come from people rather than automated tools. Cloudflare processes limited device and connection signals for this purpose, as described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Protocol disclosure
Swaps and LP positions produce a compliance record. The holder of the designated view key can decrypt it. The key custodian, access approvals, disclosure-request standard, retention policy, and audit process are not currently published. See the confidentiality and compliance sections for the fields visible at each layer.
